Because of an e-mail system is one of the most common written ways of communication, it is a way frequently used by informatics hackers. Many malicious files and untrue information can be sent by e-mail and they can direct the victims to command control centers for data leakage. Inbound and outbound traffic of the e-mail servers must be checked in depth and no harmful files or messages should be transmitted to the user after a series of checks.
